The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Lam Dong province has named a UNIQUE, unique long-form wax butter variety in the world according to the order number in the Butter Tree Contest held in 2009, as BLĐ 034. 034-grain avocado, soft waxy golden rice has been warmly received by customers nationwide and awarded the title of "Queen of Wax Butter". Avocado 034 has become an invaluable asset, a specialty of Bao Lam district, Lam Dong province. 034 avocado growers realized the need to work together to build a brand for that intangible asset. In 2017, TMDV BINH MINH Cooperative was established with 8 members together to build the brand Butter 034 DAWN.

The physiological, biochemical properties of avocados are very sensitive to the external environment. Moreover, the long 034 butter is brittle in half, the skin is thin, so it is vulnerable, and microorganisms invade to damage the fruit. The avocado is ripe green, so it is difficult to recognize the old avocado until the harvest period. Learning how to preserve mangoes and Papaya fruits and conducting in-depth research on post-harvest preservation of avocados 034, Binh Minh Cooperative has effectively applied the distribution of high-quality 034 avocados to distant places, with a transit time of up to 3 days such as Hanoi city and northwest provinces, the furthest away from Northern Vietnam.

Butter 034 BINH MINH has been praised by national and international customers through 02 times participating in exhibition booths at prestigious conferences such as Agro Viet 2018 in Da Nang city; OCOP International Conference at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center - SECC in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City and was recorded and broadcast on VTV1 Clean Agriculture Program at 18:6 on 11/2018/<>.
